For 8+ years I've turned complex B2B, B2C, SaaS and AI products into experiences people actually finish, in fintech, regulated industries, security platforms, ecommerce and MarTech.
I work where design, product and business meet. I frame the problem, then use systems thinking, service design, journeys and IA to take ideas from concept to code and from an ambiguous 0 to 1, at startups and at enterprise scale, across Canada, the US and Europe.
My background in business, digital experiences, creative direction and growth means the work lands on the roadmap and shows up in customer success. I build the playbooks that move a team from small wins to bigger ones, bring the right people to the table and influence the path forward.
